Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives in the education sector. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • To lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • To identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals.
  • To maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
  • To track progress in CRM tools, manage leads, and ensure regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a basic understanding of JEE and NEET exams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, with strong counselling and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from Rs 3 LPA to Rs 5 LPA, along with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities within the company.
