Unique Wealth Strategies is seeking an experienced and results-driven High Net Worth Sales Director to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engaging with high-net-worth individuals and driving sales growth in the US market. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the high-net-worth sector.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to build trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities through ongoing research and analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to high-profile clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in our CRM system.
  • Ensure seamless post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, specifically in dealing with high-net-worth customers.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales within the US market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
