About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as ServiceNow Solutions Developers. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about building impactful solutions in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.

You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and deploying Service Portals, Catalogs, and automation workflows while integrating with enterprise systems. This role requires strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API, combined with a solid understanding of ServiceNow development frameworks.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling seamless customer and field operations through high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM and FSM applications based on client requirements.
  • Build Service Portals, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
  • Implement automation through Flow Designer, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
  • Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to align development with solution designs.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules.
  • Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
  • Experience with Service Portal development and customization.

  • Experience with CMDB and ITSM processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-CSM, or CIS-FSM.
