We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage operational functions in our region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational performance, driving process excellence, and ensuring overall success through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and streamline all regional operations to ensure consistent efficiency and productivity.
• Drive the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and manage budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, logistics, HR, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
• Drive regional expansion plans and support business development efforts.
• Act as the key point of contact for all regional escalations and stakeholder management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
