Senior In-House Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our legal team as a Assistant Manager – Legal. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and legal advisory.
The position involves working closely with internal departments and external legal partners to support the company's operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:- Manage civil and criminal cases, arbitration matters, and other related legal proceedings.
- Ensure timely filing of pleadings in Courts, Tribunals, Fora, and relevant Authorities.
- Maintain up-to-date Management Information Systems for all legal cases.
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Trust Deeds, Letters of Intent.
- Prepare Service Level Agreements, IT, Marketing, Admin, and Outsourcing Contracts.
- Conduct primary due diligence, including title searches for property transactions, and assist in execution, registration, and formalities.
- Handle applications for Intellectual Property Rights.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, circulars, notifications, policies, and case laws.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide comprehensive legal support across various functions and liaise with external vendors and legal agencies for contract execution and compliance.
