Job Summary

As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support, conducting thorough property due diligence, and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Manager who possesses a strong background in law, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal support and assistance to the organization
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on properties to be mortgaged, ensuring accurate and timely results
  • Review and provide expert opinions on LSR/TSR documents
  • Conduct searches and create detailed search reports
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties for creation of mortgage, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability

Requirements

  • LLB degree from a reputable Law College, with strong academic credentials
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar legal role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and regional languages, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
