Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to oversee the upkeep of our equipment, utilities, and facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving all maintenance functions, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime of our woodworking machinery.

Duties include:

  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
  • Leading timely response to breakdowns or unplanned failures
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking machinery
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments required
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
