Blade Maintenance

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate having 1+ years of experience. Proven experience in Preferably from WTG OEM orrenewable IPP side, alternatively from other industrial sectorsJob Responsibilities :Conduct regular inspections of wind turbine blades to identify any signs of damage, including cracks, erosion, or structural issues.Perform blade repair and maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sanding, patching, and painting.Use specialized equipment and tools to access the turbine blades and perform repairs at heights.Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement blade maintenance schedules and plans.Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, in detailed reports.Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to blade maintenance and repair.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving blade-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize turbine performance.Coordinate with external service providers, if required, for specialized blade repairs or maintenance tasks.Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute blade-related projects, such as blade retrofitting or upgrades.Qualifications :Experience: 1-5 Years of experience in blade Maintenance, Technical certifications in wind turbine maintenance or related fields are preferred.Education: Diploma in mechanical Engineering.Knowledge: Proven experience in wind turbine blade maintenance, repair, or related field. Strong knowledge of wind turbine blade materials, structures, and maintenance techniques. Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for blade inspections and repairs.Ability: Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Skill: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external service providers.Language: English or Chinese.
