Job Description
We are looking for proactive, outgoing, and results-driven professionals who are interested in developing a successful career in recruitment. As an International Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and identifying top talent, creating effective job advertisements, and managing candidate relationships. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure efficient recruitment processes and achieve agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and attract suitable candidates.
  • Create compelling job advertisements that meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and process them efficiently.
  • Qualify, shortlist, and present candidates against defined job vacancies.
  • Liaise effectively with candidates and internal teams to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to candidate inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to generate new opportunities and increase revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • 1+ year's experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A strong academic background and a proven ability to achieve goals in your current role.
