Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage a team of recruiters to achieve high performance and recruitment goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
