We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Intern. This is an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new interns/employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting feedback sessions to ensure high-quality interactions between employees and management.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of HR concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Please note that we welcome applications from students and fresh graduates pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is also beneficial but not mandatory. A laptop/PC with a stable internet connection is essential for this role. The internship duration will be three months, and you must be available to work remotely during this period.
