Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the infrastructure’s vital server parameters on a regular schedule.",">
  • Reporting performance issues on servers to the appropriate teams if beyond thresholds.",">
  • Ensuring scheduled tasks on the system are successfully completed.",">
  • Rerunning failed tasks.",">
  • Reporting technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution.",">
  • Monitoring email, Teams channel, and ticketing system for new items/tickets.",">
  • Updating items/tickets with initial responses.",">
  • Gathering details from business/end user/other teams on tickets.",">
  • Reproducing issues in testing environments and providing inputs to L2 team members.",">
  • Validating issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer inputs.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years.",">
  • Managed either application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years.",">
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is a plus.",">
  • Experienced in both oral and written responses to customers within defined SLA.",">
  • Handled customer-related queries on system functionality and provided required support.",">
  • Experience in customer issue-based validation.",">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.",">
  • Technical background in Java/Scripting is an added advantage.">
