Senior Digital Project Manager

About this Role

The Senior Digital Project Manager oversees daily project coordination and operations related to email marketing campaigns. This includes managing dozens of emails per month, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of task execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee the development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure accurate rendering and content consistency.
  • Schedule emails and guide clients on account protocols and best practices.
  • Process and upload distribution lists, pull metrics reports, and share them with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, identify roadblocks, and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required).
  • Client-facing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support US East Coast business hours.
