About the Role

  • As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative community environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among members.
  • You will organize member introduction events, mixers, and social gatherings to facilitate connections and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with local businesses to plan engagement activities that promote the community's growth and development.
  • Maintain high member satisfaction levels through continuous feedback and improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the face of the center, ensuring the front desk is always staffed and providing excellent customer service.
  • Conceptualize and execute community initiatives, such as events, to build relationships among members and enhance their overall experience.
  • Welcome new members to our existing community and provide them with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage billing, check-ins, and check-outs for eligible members in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct center tours for potential new members to showcase the facilities and services offered.
  • Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee membership waiting lists and ensure that members are notified of available spaces.
  • Ensure all members are enrolled in the Cowrks App and have access to its features and benefits.
  • Gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that can help achieve their goals.
  • SUPERVISE in-building events to ensure compliance with house rules and address any arising issues.

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in community management or a similar role.
  • You will also require a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
