Job Title:

Project Execution Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Execution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales order lifecycle from receipt to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, verify accuracy of pricing and delivery terms, and coordinate with production and inventory teams.
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions: Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches, and coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents.
  • Communication & Letter Drafting: Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, ensure high standards in written communication, and act as a communication link between clients and internal departments.
  • Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up: Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients, follow up with customers for receivables and pending payments, and support the finance team with billing documentation and payment reconciliations.
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch, ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents, and share regular MIS reports with management.

Travel may be required for customer meetings, dispatch follow-ups, or project-related coordination.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong letter drafting skills, and the ability to speak multiple languages. They will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce and 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
