Procurement Leader

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor development.

This is a critical role that requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence.

The successful candidate will lead the development of procurement strategies that ensure uninterrupted supply at the best value, while mitigating supply risks.

  • Develop and implement procurement processes that drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform procurement decisions.

The Procurement Leader will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software tools.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
