Executive Producer Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning to execution.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, manufacturing, and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Production Planning
    • Create and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
    • Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement
  • Resource Management
    • Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth production operations
    • Coordinate with material department to ensure timely delivery of materials
    • Monitor resource capacity and make adjustments as needed
  • Productivity Improvement
    • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and improve productivity
    • Collaborate with maintenance team to minimize downtime and maximize production
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes
    • Monitor and report on progress towards goals and objectives
    • Participate in regular meetings to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in production management, supply chain management, or related field
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
