Position SummaryThe Product Manager NPD will be responsible for driving new product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. This role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, marketing, supply chain, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver innovative solutions in the intralogistics and supply chain domain.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in market research, stakeholder communication, project governance, and lifecycle management, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the companys growth strategy.Key Planning & Market Research- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities.- Define product vision, business case, and roadmap in line with organizational goals.- Perform feasibility studies in collaboration with technical and business teams.- Ensure alignment of product concepts with customer expectations and market Leadership- Act as the central liaison between engineering, design, marketing, supply chain, and compliance teams.- Lead ideation and planning workshops to define clear deliverables and ownership.- Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and resolve conflicts proactively.- Drive organizational alignment to ensure products meet both business and customer needs.Product Development Oversight- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market launch.- Track progress against timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring accountability.- Anticipate and mitigate risks by addressing dependencies and bottlenecks.- Ensure product documentation, compliance, and approvals are completed on time.Product Launch & Go-to-Market- Partner with marketing and sales to define launch strategy, positioning, and messaging.- Coordinate internal and external training programs for smooth adoption.- Support supply chain readiness by ensuring vendor alignment and distribution planning.- Define and monitor KPIs for launch success and market adoption.Post-Launch & Lifecycle Management- Monitor product performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.- Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback into product enhancement plans.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee value engineering programs.- Manage cost optimization strategies and identify opportunities for incremental growth.Required Knowledge & Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business leadership roles.- Proven success in managing end-to-end product launches.- Experience working in intralogistics, supply chain, industrial solutions, or related industries is an advantage.- Strong background in business case development, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration.- Skilled in market analysis, product positioning, and stakeholder management.Key Competencies- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align product initiatives with organizational growth strategies.- Effective Communicator: Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.- Collaborative Leader: Builds consensus and drives cross-functional teamwork.- Data-Informed Decision Maker: Uses research and metrics to guide priorities.- Organized & Process-Driven: Manages complex timelines, deliverables, and reporting structures.- Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.What We Offer- Opportunity to lead high-impact product initiatives in a growing industry.- A collaborative environment with cross-functional and global exposure.- Career development in product leadership, business strategy, and innovation management.- Platform to contribute to the future of intralogistics and supply chain transformation.
