Job Title: ServiceNow System Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, performing system maintenance, and assisting end-users with ServiceNow-related issues.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service management (ITSM) principles, general IT operations, and troubleshooting incidents. They will also be proficient in performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
