Job Description">

Administer the day-to-day functions of our Oracle Cloud ERP system. This involves overseeing the operations, maintenance and support of the system to ensure it runs smoothly.

  • Design new modules/components based on requirements.
  • Provide Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP system issues and questions.
  • Support specific applications as needed.
  • Coach Application Support team members on best practices and steps for developing sound support and coding decisions.

Resolve issues while keeping the system operational. Partner with other team members, IT resources, HR and Finance to resolve issues.

Analysis diverse issues with other Application Services team members.

Participate in weekly support meetings with hosting provider.

Participate in design meetings as appropriate.

Serve as Secondary Support person for after-hours support when needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent field is required.

  • Five (5) or more years of experience with enhancements and support of Oracle Cloud ERP or similar ERP modules is required.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in BIP report development/customization using SQL, PLSQL is required.
  • A minimum of One (1) year of experience with support of cloud-based (SaaS) ERP applications is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL , data modeling and report template design is required.
  • Design and develop complex BIP Reports and customize standard reports is required.
  • Optimize report performance and implement data security measures is required.

Advanced knowledge of database optimization efforts such as hint, statistics and other related experience is preferred.

Capacity to consistently produce clean coding and adhere to appropriate documentation standards is expected.
