Sr. Cloud Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Cloud Engineer to design, build and maintain large-scale cloud environments on AWS.

  • Proficient in AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, ECS, VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and more.
  • Hands-on with ECS/EKS clusters, Docker images, and AMIs.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Configure IAM roles, policies, and user groups.
  • Set up and manage RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
  • Strong expertise in VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT/IGW, Route 53, WAF, etc.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub/Bitbucket and work with tools like ServiceNow, Jira.

You'll be working on:

  • Designing, building and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Developing and implementing automation scripts using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Configuring IAM roles, policies and user groups.
  • Setting up and managing RDS databases.
  • Optimizing cloud costs using Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer and tagging strategies.
  • Applying AMI upgrades, patches and maintenance window planning.
  • Monitoring environments with New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document SOPs, knowledge bases and ensure cloud security best practices.
