We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As part of our managed hosting services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our platform.

Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
