We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an OpenStack Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, deployment, installation, and maintenance of OpenStack infrastructure. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deploy, configure, and manage OpenStack environments using Kolla-Ansible and TripleO.">
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Ceph storage clusters, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.">
  • Manage block storage (Cinder), file storage (Manila), and object storage (such as Ceph RGW/S3, Swift, or equivalent).">
  • Maintain and optimize OpenStack control plane and compute resources for performance, scalability, and reliability.">
  • Manage and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.">
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.">
  • Integrate OpenStack environments with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions.">
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes and application deployments.">
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures.">
  • Support capacity planning, incident management, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 7–10 years of hands-on OpenStack experience, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.">
  • Proven experience deploying OpenStack using Kolla-Ansible (container-based deployment) and TripleO (bare-metal deployment).">
  • Relevant 3–5 years of experience with containerization technologies, primarily Docker.">
  • Relevant 2–3 years of experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift administration.">
  • Proficiency in Ceph storage setup and management for block, file, and object storage (S3, Swift, or equivalent).">
  • Strong proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management.">
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administration (preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).">
  • RHCE certified.">
