Ground Staff Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Passenger Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and flight inquiries.

  • Baggage Handling: Safely and efficiently manage the loading, unloading, and transfer of passenger baggage, ensuring compliance with airline safety standards.

  • Safety and Security: Enforce safety procedures, conduct security checks, and ensure that all airline and airport regulations are followed.

  • Operational Support: Assist with ground operations such as aircraft marshalling, refueling, and cabin cleaning.

  • Problem Resolution: Address any passenger complaints or issues, providing solutions where possible and escalating to supervisors when necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Age Criteria: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years at the time of application.
