Job Title: Airport Team Member

About the Role:
  • Welcome and assist passengers as they arrive and depart.
  • Provide helpful information to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities and those traveling with young children.
  • Ensure that baggage is properly checked in and stored.
  • Making travel arrangements for customers.
  • Sell airline tickets and handle customer transactions.
  • Restock aircraft with refreshments and supplies.
  • Clean and maintain the aircraft after flights.

To be successful, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service. You should be able to multitask and ensure that every passenger feels comfortable, safe, and well-informed about flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, and other factors affecting their journey.
