The Workplace Ambassador is a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing engagement, communication, and service within a select portfolio of properties.

This position requires a proactive approach to providing high-touch service, increasing the level of partnership between JLL and clients, and enhancing individual personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all client-colleague inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to services within the workplace.
  • Execute Ambassador services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service-level agreements, policies, and regulations.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Strive to continually improve experience service performance, achieve and exceed goals, including performance goals, team goals, and clients' goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate colleague communications and engagement via digital platforms as required.
  • Organize and host key engagement events to enhance experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility, property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and applications.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook.
