Senior Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
As a Sales Executive at HR Planning Network, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue for our IT Consulting company with a strong foothold in the industry.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
In addition to these skills, you will need to be self-motivated with a results-driven approach and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the IT consulting industry is a plus, and you should be able to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include B2B sales, SAAS, ERP, and software sales, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, as well as negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
