Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing and supporting the training of our Associates. The LMS Administrator will provide day-to-day operational support for Amazon&aposs Learning Management System, acting as a first line of customer support for end-users.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office Products, and experience successfully following daily standard work.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of LMS experience and a strong understanding of eLearning standards, including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day audits that monitor LMS system interactions.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.
  • Develop, build and maintain all elements related to LMS functionality, including content integrations and creation, curriculum programs, LMS structure, and reporting.
  • Develop standardized LMS operational processes and procedures, guidelines and documentation and ensure LMS governance model is being followed.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve user experience.

About Our Team

The Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) team is part of the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team. SLeD designs and develops safety training that adheres to adult learning theory principles, increasing learner retention by reducing cognitive overload.

The team focuses on delivering onboarding, annual refresher, and developmental training.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor&aposs Degree
  • 2+ years of LMS experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products
  • Experience successfully following daily standard work

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of eLearning standards including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
  • Experience collaborating and working with international stakeholders
