About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team. The role will involve working closely with leadership teams, commercial teams, external counsel, and experts to support business activities in India and abroad.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract review, drafting, and management. They will also provide legal support on internal governance, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Extensive contract review, drafting, and management experience
  • Provide legal support on internal governance, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions transactions including mergers, acquisitions, alliances, etc.
  • Draft and review agreements, resolutions, and other related documents.
  • Strategize and structure deals from a legal perspective.
  • Advise on company laws and regulations, FEMA, SEBI laws, and allied laws.
  • Conduct due diligence and work with external counsel.
  • Support negotiations with external parties.
  • Conduct research on relevant matters concerning the above laws.
  • Manage stakeholders in relation to general corporate matters.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4-6 years PQE with an LLB degree (CS, LLM, and M&A experience and courses additionally preferred).
  • Focused, with high analytical thinking and detail orientation.
  • High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
