Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, provide information about spa services and treatments, and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Reservations & Scheduling: Manage spa appointments and reservations using our booking system, coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling, and handle changes or cancellations to bookings.
  • Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, process payments, and maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Guest Experience: Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, and assist in creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Spa Product & Service Knowledge: Stay informed about spa services, treatments, and retail products, promote spa products, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guest information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in wellness, luxury, and exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
