Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Associate in our Resource Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in workforce planning, project management, and business communication.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff scheduling, including PTO, training, and updates using advanced scheduling tools.
  • Develop and implement forecasting and capacity planning methodologies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide timely and accurate supply-demand reporting to identify resource or skill gaps.
  • Analyze and interpret data to understand staffing requirements and propose solutions in coordination with delivery teams.
  • Prepare and publish regular reports on employee utilization, team performance, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in workforce management, project management, and business communication.
  • Proficient in advanced reporting and data analysis techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
