We are seeking a skilled Resource Planning professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills, including data manipulation and analysis.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and generating operational insights from data.

Additionally, candidates with experience in Python or other query languages will be considered an asset.

A key requirement for the role is the ability to perform data analysis and forecasting on large datasets.

Candidates from data analyst, business analyst, or analytics backgrounds are acceptable if they also have relevant forecasting and capacity planning experience.

Apart from WFM-specific knowledge, we value strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Forecasting: long-term and short-term forecasting experience
  • Capacity planning: ability to generate operational insights from data
  • Data analysis: expertise in data manipulation and analysis on large datasets
