Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to monitor and manage corporate actions across global positions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in trade processing and corporate actions, with a strong background in Celebration Operations Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Corporate Actions from Pre-announcement Phase through to Post Completion Phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrubbing & setup of Corporate Actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso)

• Monitoring Corporate Actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB)

• Follow-up of events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems (e.g., Calypso, Power, Picasso)

• Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure proper receipt by custodians/agents

• Handle all Corporate Action types within the team's scope

• Provide regular reporting to hierarchy and contribute proactively in meetings
