Job Opportunity: Quantitative Trader

We are seeking an experienced quantitative trader to join our team. Our company specializes in Futures and Options on Indian exchanges, combining advanced quantitative methods and cutting-edge technology to navigate dynamic market conditions.

As a quantitative trader, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and executing systematic trading strategies across asset classes to deliver consistent profitability. You will actively manage and optimize trading capital, ensuring efficient risk-adjusted returns with a higher Sharpe ratio and lower maximum drawdown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and execute systematic trading strategies
  • Manage and optimize trading capital
  • Monitor and analyze market microstructure

You will monitor and analyze market microstructure, continuously adapting strategies to evolving market conditions. Collaboration with team members is key, as we work together to share insights and enhance strategy development while maintaining a high level of autonomy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on trading experience
  • Proven profitable track record
  • Domain experience in Indian/Global markets (F&O, HFT/MFT trading)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
