Key Finance Role

The finance controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial operations and reporting within the organization.

Our business model is asset-light and tech-first, where farmers are onboarded to an integrated platform that includes poultry feed, nutrition integration using herbal ingredients, and bird management technology to improve farmer income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and strategic investments.
  • Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
