Job Title: Deputy Manager - Training

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, identifying gaps, and designing curricula for new and existing employees. They will also coordinate with managers and function heads to stay up-to-date with business requirements, handle operations training query management, and maintain a dashboard.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our team as a Deputy Manager - Training. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in training and operations, customer experience, and functional experience in content creation. A graduate degree in any discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify gaps
  • Design and prepare training curricula for new and existing employees
  • Coordinate with managers and function heads to stay up-to-date with business requirements
  • Handle operations training query management and maintain a dashboard
  • Develop and enhance core competence of Home Office staff focused towards Customer Centricity and Agent Satisfaction
  • Initiate role-based certification for HO and conduct training programs, induction of new joiners, functional trainings, system trainings, anchor on-job-training behavioral programs, drive training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge tests, and assessments

  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
