Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supplier audits, customer complaint resolution, and driving continuous improvement in quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Implement and maintain BRC, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001 standards across QA & Export operations.
  • Conduct thorough supplier audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead investigations and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, including SOPs, audit checklists, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure food safety and product integrity.
  • Support external and internal audits, including customer audits and certification bodies.
  • Monitor and review compliance performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Provide training and awareness on quality standards and compliance procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain FSSAI regulation compliance, including documentation, licensing, labeling, and periodic updates.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in supplier audits and customer complaint resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including BRC, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance or food science.
