Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the ideation, delivery and optimization of AI-powered features within our product. You will focus on executing high-impact AI functionality under strategic guidance from the Lead AI PM.

You will own the full product lifecycle of specific AI features: ideation > discovery > spec > launch > adoption > post-launch refinement > business outcomes. Deliver functionality such as email auto-tagging, sentiment detection, smart replies, summarization or agent assist. Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Define success metrics (adoption, accuracy, usage), monitor performance and iterate based on data. Be the liaison for Customer Success, GTM, Sales and Marketing during feature rollout. Stay sharp on the AI/LLM landscape to influence what and how we build.

Requirements:

">

We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience, including 2 years of development/programming experience and 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI feature delivery. Engineering background is required. Strong data-oriented mindset is essential. Comfortable with crunching, analyzing, massaging and driving deep product and business insights from large volumes of data.

Proven ability to deliver ML/AI features in fast-moving environments. Hands-on familiarity with AI tooling, such as OpenAI APIs, vector stores, prompt frameworks and Generative AI ecosystem. Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to write clear PRDs and user stories. A proactive, analytic mindset with solid user empathy.

Experience building support, email automation or collaboration products. Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, Pinecone or other LLM ecosystems. Background in data privacy, bias mitigation or AI ethics. Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python.
