Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer for AI-Powered Features

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered features that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js development, with expertise in integrating Gen AI into our systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, highly available RESTful APIs using NodeJS. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills are required to interact and present ideas to Senior and Executive management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI-powered features.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud and open source LLMs.
  • Experience integrating AI frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LangGraph) into existing or newly built applications.
  • Experience with AI Agents (design, orchestration, and integration into real world workflows).
  • Good understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or willingness to quickly learn and apply it.
  • Understanding of RAG concepts and experience using vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift or similar container platforms (Kubernetes) for orchestration and deployment.
  • Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
