We are seeking a talented professional to drive the adoption of AI-powered tools across our development teams and environments.

About the Role:

This role will focus on developer enablement, empowering our community with seamless access to AI tools that enhance productivity and innovation. With a strong emphasis on developer adoption, we are investing in AI solutions like GitHub Copilot to reshape how software is built.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to promote the use of AI-powered tools across diverse development teams and environments.
  • Design, simulate, and prototype real-world development scenarios to showcase the impact of AI tools in various tech stacks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for developers working in Python, Node.js/Angular, and Java (Spring/Maven) ecosystems.
  • Enable teams to leverage GitHub Actions and GitHub-native workflows for CI/CD pipelines enhanced with AI.
  • Create clear documentation, demos, and best practices to maximize developer productivity with AI tools.
  • Collect developer insights and feedback to refine AI tool usage and explore new opportunities for adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java (Spring/Maven), and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Angular).
  • Deep understanding of GitHub workflows including GitHub Actions and GitHub Copilot.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Studio and exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms, ideally in a developer productivity or enablement context.
  • Proven ability to simulate and prototype real-world development use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, developer-first mindset.
