Job Title:
Customer Relationship Manager
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to develop and expand existing high net worth customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand existing high net worth customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepen relationships by sourcing family accounts and cross-selling bank products
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
- Maintain complete records for assigned customer accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure lower cycle times and best conversion ratios
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate with min 2 years of experience or Post Graduate with a min of one year of experience
- Experience in tele-sales or relationship management in BFSI preferred
- Certified in AMFI IRDA
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written
- Flair for Sales
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
