Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to inform talent acquisition strategies and drive business results.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless candidate, hiring leader, and recruiter experiences.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring leaders, recruiters, and HR business partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering results through data-driven decision making.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create complex data visualizations and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
