Debt Fundraising Executive

The role of the Debt Fundraising Executive will include developing and executing strategies to raise debt from various financial institutions, including banks and AIFs. This will involve negotiating competitive pricing for term loans and debentures.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders, as well as handling queries and providing updates on fundraising activities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute debt fundraising strategies
  • Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive pricing
  • Prepare credit proposals and provide updates to lenders
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, preferably with a CA or MBA degree. You should also have at least 6-7 years of experience in a related field, such as NBFC or fintech.

Skills and Know-how:

  • Hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements and metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
