Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

At our studio, we create innovative and immersive experiences. We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

Job Description

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics and compositing for various mediums. You will work across different tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Nuke, Unreal Engine, and other key tools in our pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in motion graphics / post-production / VFX environments
  • Technical fluency: Core skills in Adobe After Effects (expert), Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (working knowledge)
  • Bonus skills: Unreal Engine and Foundry Nuke
  • Creative capability: Strong sense of compositing, design, storytelling, motion, timing, transitions, and visual impact
  • Agility: Comfortable working across multiple formats—from high-res film to projection surfaces to interactive media
  • Initiative: Self-starter mindset, strong learning orientation—especially toward generative workflows, real-time rendering, and innovative design mediums
  • Collaboration: Excellent team communication; able to explain creative and technical decisions clearly
  • Process: Familiar with version control, backups, render pipelines, and delivering assets in various file formats
