About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Creative Motion Graphics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or related field and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.

  • Create engaging designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent with the brand identity, and reflective of the company culture.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print materials, web banners, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret business requirements and develop concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
