Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software developer with strong expertise in content management systems (CMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end development, support, and enhancement of CMS-based projects along with cloud knowledge.

The job involves designing and developing solutions leveraging object models, security models, taxonomy, search, user interfaces, and workflow. We require extensive experience on CMS and CMS share for medium to large-scale implementations.

The selected candidate will develop CMS-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, business process management, and records management. They will build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions leveraging CMS object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • Work extensively on CMS and CMS Share for medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Develop CMS-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management.
  • Build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for CMS solutions.
  • Work on deployment, configuration, and tuning using Tomcat and relevant middleware.
  • Contribute to database integration and optimization (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
Essential Skills

Strong expertise in CMS and CMS Share development.

  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and ECM System Implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.
  • OS exposure: Windows and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong consulting and client interaction experience.

  • Experience in delivering end-to-end CMS projects in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems.
