Global Customer Experience Transformation Specialist

As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our global customer experience strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in product management and business analytics will enable you to develop strategic initiatives that transform customer experience measurement and improvement.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading projects that involve developing and executing strategic roadmaps, analyzing complex data sets to generate actionable insights, and working with technical and product teams to create compelling product proposals that scale and optimize customer interaction frameworks. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
