About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist who operates like a full product team. You will oversee developing and executing Nomigo's end-to-end digital marketing strategy, driving user acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns across Instagram, email, SEO, SEM, and affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with Nomigo's business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Conduct research and segmentation to identify and target relevant audiences, staying informed about industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Drive growth by executing innovative campaigns across Instagram, email, SEO, SEM, and affiliate channels, fostering partnerships with influencers, brands, and restaurants to enhance credibility and expand reach.
  • Manage a marketing calendar, ensuring timely publication of content across all digital channels, creating compelling Instagram Reels and posts to drive engagement and raise brand awareness.
  • Plan and launch email marketing campaigns, monitor deliverability, and leverage data insights for continuous optimization, drafting and distributing email newsletters and drip campaigns to engage users and drive app sign-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive, monitoring user feedback and brand mentions across social media and other digital channels to foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify content and expand Nomigo's reach, tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as web traffic, reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the CEO and mobile app development team, offering actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads, implementing and monitoring SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and optimize backlinks, managing advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet user acquisition goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, from strategy to post-campaign analysis.
  • Expertise in Instagram marketing, including content creation (Reels, Stories, and posts) and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
