Drive chip innovation and lead high-performing design teams to create cutting-edge architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define overall chip architecture and oversee its successful execution
  • Manage critical handoffs: RTL freeze, synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, and DFT
  • Develop and execute IP integration strategies, clocking approaches, and power domain definitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success
  • Identify and mitigate potential design and schedule risks

To excel in this role, you should have expertise in:

  • Digital IC design (RTL to GDSII)
  • System-level architecture and IP integration
  • Timing closure (STA) and power-performance-area (PPA) optimization techniques
  • Low-power design using UPF/CPF best practices
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturability, test (DFT), and silicon debug methodologies

Education and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
  • Pursuing a Master's or PhD in VLSI Design, Microelectronics, or Computer Architecture is advantageous

Certifications and Advanced Coursework:

  • While not mandatory, relevant coursework or certification in SoC design or project management can be beneficial
