Job Title: DFT Architect
">We are seeking an experienced Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) architect to drive the development and implementation of advanced DFT solutions for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) designs.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DFT architecture, planning, and implementation, with expertise in scan insertion, compression, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan. They will also have hands-on experience with leading DFT tools such as Synopsys, Siemens EDA, and Cadence.
">This is a great opportunity for a seasoned DFT engineer to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our design team's success.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Define and drive DFT strategy and architecture
- Lead implementation and verification of DFT features
- Develop and maintain DFT automation scripts and infrastructure
- Mentor and guide junior DFT engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
">- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Design
- 7+ years of experience in DFT for complex ASIC or SoC designs
- Expertise in scan insertion, compression, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan
- Hands-on experience with DFT tools
- Strong knowledge of RTL design, STA, and synthesis flows
- Proficient in scripting languages for flow automation
